Tilman Wink joined SSU as the Group General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer in 2018. Tilman
has two decades experience in law having started his career in 2001 in the London offices of Beiten
Burkhart. He has also worked at Freshfields Bruckhauser Deringer, Baker McKenzie and at Simmons
& Simmons. Tilman has a law degree from the Ludwig-Maximilian-University in Munich, a LLM
(Master of Law) from the University of San Diego, and a Licence en droit from the University of
Bordeaux. Tilman is a keen road cyclist and likes to run and ski. He has lived in Frankfurt for the last
20 years, with a break of 18-months to work in New York.
