Thomas Neumann is SSU’s Group Chief Technology Officer and member of the Management Board.
He has been with SSU since 2018. He is responsible for technology, data and product. Thomas
previously worked as a Partner at Retail Capital Partners AG from 2014 to 2018. He has held several
Chief Technology Officer positions in the start-up, retail, and tech sectors. Thomas started his career
at Tengelmann in 2004, developing the e-commerce business for one of the company’s divisions. He
has an MSc in Computer Science from Fern Universität Hagen. He lives in Dusseldorf and enjoys
mountain biking and surfing.
